This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Ashle World LLC (“Ashle World”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) processes refunds for services rendered. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.


1. General Refund Policy

Ashle World LLC provides professional digital services including mobile application development, website development, software development, and digital marketing. Due to the nature of these services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.


2. Project-Based Services

For project-based engagements:

  • Advance or milestone payments are non-refundable once the corresponding work has started
  • Refunds will not be issued for completed or partially completed work
  • If a project is terminated by the client, all work completed up to that point will be billable

3. Subscription & Retainer Services

For monthly subscriptions, retainers, or ongoing services:

  • Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No prorated refunds are provided for unused time or services

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Ashle World,
including:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Billing errors
  • Services not initiated due to fault solely attributable to Ashle World

5. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client — including but not limited to hosting fees, domain registrations, API usage, advertising spend, app store fees, or software licenses — are non-refundable.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Ashle World may result in immediate suspension of services. We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback.


7. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy, you must submit a written request within 7 days of the payment date by contacting us at:

Please include your name, invoice number, payment details, and reason for the refund request. Requests will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.


8. Policy Updates

Ashle World LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
