Specific project scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be defined in written agreements, proposals, or statements of work agreed upon by both parties.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution
- Respond to communications and approvals in a timely manner
- Ensure that all materials provided do not infringe third-party rights
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
4. Payments & Fees
All fees, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods will be outlined in the applicable
agreement or invoice. Unless stated otherwise:
- Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services
- Ashle World reserves the right to withhold deliverables until payment is received
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- All pre-existing tools, frameworks, and intellectual property remain the property of Ashle World
- Client-owned content remains the property of the client
- Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment is received
Ashle World retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
7. Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party platforms, tools, SDKs, APIs, or hosting services. Ashle World is not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for high quality and reliability, Ashle World makes no warranties or guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, specific business outcomes, or financial results.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashle World LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or profits.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ashle World LLC, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable agreement. Ashle World reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for breach of these Terms or non-payment.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
Ashle World may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
